1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meen Msefer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Trust Declaration.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

Meen Msefer provides an online platform that enables travelers ("Carriers") and senders ("Senders") to connect and communicate regarding the transportation of items.

Meen Msefer does not provide transportation services, courier services, freight services, logistics services, or payment services.

Meen Msefer acts solely as a technology platform facilitating introductions and communications between users.

3. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Program

How you opt in (message flow): consent is collected directly within the Meen Msefer mobile application, at the screen where you enter your WhatsApp/mobile phone number to verify your account. Providing your number and continuing constitutes your consent to receive the messages described here. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency is limited to sign-in and verification attempts — typically one message per attempt.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@meenmsefer.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

Users may not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use their account.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Misrepresent themselves or their travel plans.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Upload harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

7. No Transportation Services

Meen Msefer does not transport, handle, inspect, store, possess, or deliver any item.

All transportation arrangements are made directly between users.

Users acknowledge that any agreements reached through the Platform are entered into solely between the Sender and the Carrier.

8. Payments

All payments are negotiated and made directly between users.

Meen Msefer does not process, collect, receive, escrow, transmit, facilitate, or guarantee any payment.

Users are solely responsible for any financial arrangements they enter into.

9. Compliance with Laws

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable customs, transportation, import, export, aviation, and security regulations.

Users must not use the Platform to transport prohibited, illegal, dangerous, restricted, or regulated items.

10. Ratings, Reviews, and User Content

Users are responsible for any information, reviews, messages, or content they submit through the Platform.

Meen Msefer reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Meen Msefer may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Applicable laws have been violated.
• User behavior presents a risk to the Platform or other users.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, trademarks, logos, content, design, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of Meen Msefer.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written authorization.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Meen Msefer makes no warranty regarding:

• Availability of the Platform.
• Accuracy of user-provided information.
• Reliability of users.
• Successful completion of any transaction.
• Safety or legality of transported items.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meen Msefer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Users acknowledge that transportation arrangements are made entirely at their own risk.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meen Msefer and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

• Their use of the Platform.
• Transportation activities.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Violation of these Terms.

16. Force Majeure

Meen Msefer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, war, civil unrest, or similar events.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Modifications

Meen Msefer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
